Convert SRT to VTT
HTML5 video only accepts WebVTT in its <track> element, so an SRT file that plays fine in VLC will be ignored by a browser. This converter adds the WEBVTT header and switches the millisecond separator from a comma to a dot, leaving every cue and timing as it was.

Why does my browser ignore my SRT file?
The HTML5 <track> element supports WebVTT only. SRT is not part of the spec, so browsers silently skip it. Converting to .vtt is usually all that is needed.
Does the file get uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser tab — the file is never sent anywhere, and there is no account or quota.
Can I convert several files at once?
