ScribeToAny affiliate program

Who it's for

Creators, podcasters, teachers, translators and review sites whose audience records audio or video and needs transcripts or subtitles. ScribeToAny transcribes uploaded files in about 98 languages, exports SRT, VTT, TXT, DOCX and more, and has a free plan of 100 minutes every month, so your audience can try it before paying.

Terms

Commission

20% of every payment (subscriptions and minute packs) from customers who used your promo code, for 12 months from their first payment. It is calculated on the amount actually paid, excluding sales tax and VAT, after refunds and chargebacks.

Your audience

20% off their first payment with your personal promo code. It works anywhere, including podcasts and videos where nobody clicks a link.

What to share

Your promo code only. Commission is counted from promo code payments alone: invite links from a ScribeToAny account (/?via=…) are for telling friends and earn no commission.

Pending period

A commission is confirmed 30 days after the payment. Refunded payments earn nothing.

Payouts

Monthly, once your confirmed balance reaches $50, by PayPal or Wise.

Taxes

You report and pay any tax on your commissions. Before your first payout we ask for a W-9 (in the US) or a W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E (outside the US), and US affiliates receive a 1099-NEC where the law requires one.

Rules

• Promote your promo code, not an account invite link.
• Say that it is a paid partnership, and mark links rel="sponsored".
• No bidding on "ScribeToAny" or its misspellings in search ads.
• No posting your code on coupon or deal sites.
• No spam, and no buying through your own code.
• Describe the product as it is: cloud upload, no offline mode, no live meeting bot, free plan files up to 30 minutes.

Commissions earned against these rules are cancelled.
