What you can do
What the app can access
The app can read your transcripts, their titles and file names, and your usage, and it can start new transcriptions. It can't edit or delete anything, and it never sees your payment details. We never train AI on your files.
Questions
Adding the app is free. Transcription uses your ScribeToAny plan, like any other upload: the free plan includes 100 minutes every month and files up to 30 minutes long, and paid plans raise both.
Attach it again. ChatGPT's link to an attached file expires after a few minutes, so a failed file can't be retried later from the dashboard.
Links from X, Twitch, Loom, Google Drive and Dropbox, and direct links to audio or video files. YouTube, TikTok and Instagram links don't work: download the file and upload it instead.
About 98 spoken languages, detected automatically. You can also translate a finished transcript into 134+ languages for free from the ScribeToAny dashboard.
Remove ScribeToAny in ChatGPT's settings. Your transcripts stay in your ScribeToAny account.
