Can I burn the subtitles into the video?

What if all the captions are a little early or late?
That usually means the video was trimmed after the audio was transcribed. Open the SRT in the free SRT Editor on this site and shift the whole file by the offset — it runs in your browser. Individual cues can also be retimed in the transcript editor before exporting.
