What you get in Notion
What the app can access
ScribeToAny only creates new pages for the transcripts you export. It doesn't read, change or delete your existing pages. We never train AI on your files.
Questions
Each transcript becomes its own private page in the workspace you connected, under Private. Move it into a teamspace, database or project like any other Notion page.
No. It only creates pages for the transcripts you export. Notion asks you to pick a page when you connect, but ScribeToAny doesn't read it.
Audio and video files such as MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4 and MOV, or a link from X, Twitch, Loom, Google Drive or Dropbox, in about 98 languages.
Adding the app is free. Transcription uses your ScribeToAny plan, like any other upload: the free plan includes 100 minutes every month and files up to 30 minutes long, and paid plans raise both.
Select Disconnect under Export to Notion on any transcript page, and remove ScribeToAny under Settings → Connections in Notion. Pages you already exported stay in Notion.
