Frequently asked questions
Does it keep the Vietnamese tone marks and diacritics?
Yes — the full diacritics are part of the output, so the text is correct Vietnamese you can read and paste, not a stripped ASCII approximation. That is the difference that makes an automatic transcript actually usable.
Does it work with northern and southern accents?
Yes. The model handles the main regional accents, Hanoi and Saigon included. Clear audio transcribes most accurately; for noisy recordings or heavy overlap, a quick proofread in the editor fixes the occasional word.
