Transcribe a Zoom Recording

A recorded Zoom call is only useful if you can find what was said in it. Upload the recording — the local MP4 or the audio-only M4A — and ScribeToAny turns it into a clean transcript with speaker labels and timestamps, so you can search it, quote it, and share the notes instead of asking everyone to rewatch. It works on every plan, and Max adds translation into 56 languages.

Frequently asked questions

Do I connect my Zoom account?

No. You upload the recording file that Zoom already saved — no account connection, no integration to install. Local recordings are MP4 (video) or M4A (audio); either works. That also keeps the meeting private to you.

Does it label who said what?

Yes — turn on speaker detection and the transcript is split by speaker, so a multi-person call reads as a conversation rather than one block. You can rename the speakers in the editor to the real names afterwards.

Can I get subtitles or share a read-only link?

Both. Export SRT or VTT to caption the recording, or share a read-only link to the transcript so teammates can read and search it without an account. Exports also include PDF and DOCX for meeting minutes.
