Transcribe an Earnings Call

An earnings call is dense, fast and full of numbers you cannot afford to mishear — and the official transcript often lands hours later. Upload the recording or the webcast audio and ScribeToAny returns a timestamped, speaker-labelled transcript within minutes, so you can search the guidance, pull management quotes and skip to the Q-and-A without scrubbing audio. Works on every plan, with free translation into 134+ languages.

Checked against the script, 4 of 189 words differed — a 2.1% word error rate, counting "80" written for "eighty" as an error — and all 14 speaker turns were labelled correctly. This was clean speech; noisy recordings and people talking over each other score lower. See the full transcript and how it was scored

Why ScribeToAny

  • Engineered for quarterly financial earnings calls, investor relations webcasts, and shareholder meetings.
  • Transcribes financial terms, percentages and guidance as spoken — verify figures and tickers by replaying the line before quoting.
  • Turnaround in minutes, so you can search guidance and pull management quotes without waiting for an official transcript.

Frequently asked questions

Does it separate management from analysts?

Yes. Turn on Detect speakers and the transcript is split by speaker, so prepared remarks and the analyst Q-and-A read as distinct turns. It's a best-effort split by voice. Speakers come back numbered rather than named, and the labels can't be renamed in the app yet — if you need real names, find-and-replace them in the exported DOCX or TXT.

Will it get financial terms and figures right?

It transcribes them as spoken and is strong on clear audio, but fast-spoken figures and tickers are exactly what to glance over in the editor — click any line to replay the moment and confirm the number before you quote it.

What can I export for a note?

TXT for search and models, PDF or DOCX for a research note, and SRT or VTT if you are captioning the webcast replay. A read-only share link lets colleagues read the transcript without an account.

Where do I get the earnings call audio?

Most investor-relations sites offer a webcast replay; download the audio or video file and upload it. If the replay sits behind a direct link to an MP3 or MP4 file, you can paste that link instead.

Can I transcribe calls from companies that report in other languages?

Yes — about 98 languages are supported. Tick Transcribe to English to get English text straight from a Japanese, German or Portuguese call, on every plan; check figures against the company's published materials.
