Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep our billing simple and want it to be transparent. This page explains how cancellation and refunds work.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription whenever you like, right from your billing settings. When you cancel:

• Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period — you keep what you already paid for.
• You are not charged again.
• There are no cancellation fees and no hoops to jump through.

Refunds

Payments that have already been made are non-refundable. Because you can evaluate ScribeToAny before paying anything — we offer a free tier and a set of free, no-signup browser tools — we do not provide refunds on completed charges, including partial billing periods and one-time (lifetime) purchases.

Where the law in your region grants you a statutory right to a refund (for example certain consumer-protection or distance-selling rules), that right is unaffected by this policy.

Billing problems are not the same as refunds

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or see a charge you don't recognize, that's a billing error — not a refund request — and we'll put it right. Please contact us and we'll sort it out promptly.

How to cancel

1. Go to your billing settings.
2. Open Manage subscription to reach the customer portal.
3. Cancel your plan — you'll keep access until the current period ends.
