Send transcripts to Notion

Transcribe a recording in ScribeToAny, then export it to Notion in one click. Every line arrives with its timestamp and speaker label, ready for meeting notes, interviews and research.

How to connect

  1. 1

    Connect Notion

Select Add to Notion and choose the workspace for your transcripts. Notion asks you to pick at least one page; ScribeToAny doesn't read it.
  2. 2

    Sign in to ScribeToAny

Sign in, or create a free account, then select Connect Notion to confirm.
  3. 3

    Transcribe a recording

Upload an audio or video file or paste a link, and wait until the transcript is done.
  4. 4

    Export to Notion

Open the transcript and select Export to Notion. The new page appears in your workspace under Private.

You can also start from ScribeToAny: open any finished transcript, select Export to Notion, and connect your workspace when asked.

What you get in Notion

Every line, timestamped

Each line keeps its [m:ss] timestamp, so you can find the moment in the recording.

Speaker labels

Who said what, when speaker detection is on for the transcript.

A link back

The language, the duration and a link to the transcript in ScribeToAny sit at the top of the page.

Long recordings

A three-hour meeting arrives as one page. Move it into any teamspace, database or project afterwards.

What the app can access

ScribeToAny only creates new pages for the transcripts you export. It doesn't read, change or delete your existing pages. We never train AI on your files.
