HappyScribe Alternative: More Minutes for Less

Compare ScribeToAny and HappyScribe: free plan, minutes per dollar, languages, subtitle export and translation. Prices checked October 2026.

2026/10/02

HappyScribe is a polished transcription and subtitling suite with a human-transcription service on top. The catch is volume: its plans are generous with features and stingy with minutes, and those minutes are shared between transcription, subtitling and translation.

ScribeToAny is AI-only and priced for volume. If you transcribe more than a couple of hours a month and don't need a human pass, you get far more minutes for the money.

Prices and limits below were checked on each vendor's pricing page on October 2, 2026. Vendors change plans often — check before you buy.
