What AAC files can I transcribe?
Any standard AAC or .m4a/.aac audio — the format phones and cameras record in. There is nothing to convert first; upload the file as it is and the transcription runs on our side.
Which languages does it handle?
About 98, detected automatically, so you do not have to tell it what it is listening to. Non-English audio can be transcribed straight into English on every plan; translating a finished transcript into 56 languages is on the Max plan.
What can I export?
TXT for a plain document, SRT or VTT for subtitles, plus TSV, CSV, JSON, PDF and DOCX. SRT and VTT come out timestamped, so they line up with the source if it is the audio from a video.
