No. The video is read locally and processed with WebCodecs inside your browser. Nothing is sent anywhere, which is why there is no file-size limit and no account.
Which browsers does it work in?
Chrome, Edge and Firefox work best. Safari support for audio encoding is newer and more limited, so if a file fails there, try a Chromium browser.
